Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac urza- dzenia do weryfikacji autentycznosci osób i/lub dokumentów przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Wzór przemyslowy dotyczy urzadzenia do weryfikacji au- tentycznosci osób i/lub dokumentów w jednej odmianie. An industrial design device for verifying the authenticity of persons and/or documents comprises a forward-leaning body with a base separated from it by a horizontal circumferential line and having a two-part upper surface, the rear part of which is inclined towards the rear and the front part is inclined towards the front, wherein these two parts are connected by a vertical step, both side walls of the body have three openings with a parabolic outline and are partially covered with quadrangular transparent covers with rounded corners, these covers protrude beyond the outline of the body at the back and top, and at the front the body has rounded edges and is provided with a cover divided by horizontal lines dividing the body into segments, wherein the last upper dividing line is in the middle bent at an angle, while at the back the body is divided into segments by horizontal lines, and from a polyhedron-shaped element situated on the front part of the upper surface of the body with trapezoidal side walls and slightly bevelled edges and bevelled front corners, provided that this element has an undercut running along the circumference at the top separating the upper surface of this element from its body, wherein on this surface there is an angle formed by two wedge-shaped arms perpendicular to each other and an element forming a shelf mounted on an oblique support, wherein the shelf has on its upper surface a flat protrusion with a parabolic outline, this protrusion is connected to a protrusion on the outer wall of the support, at the same time behind this polyhedron-shaped element there is a rectangular screen mounted on a support having three recesses with an outline on both sides parabolic and having a flat protrusion with a parabolic outline at the back.
