Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest optycznie czynny (+)-rel-(1R,6R,1'R)-1-(1'-chloroetylo)-9-oksabicyklo[4.3.0]nonan-8-on o wzorze 2, która może znaleźć zastosowanie w farmacji jako związek o działaniu antynowotworowym. Zgłoszenie zawiera także sposób otrzymywania optycznie czynnego (+)-rel-(1R,6R,1'R)-1-(1'-chloroetylo)-9-oksabicyklo[4.3.0]nonan-8-onu o wzorze 2, polegający na tym, że kwas (+)-(2'-etylideno-cykloheksylo)octowy o wzorze 1 poddaje się reakcji chlorolaktonizacji otrzymując (+)-rel-(1R,6R,1'R)-1-(1'-chloroetylo)-9-oksabicyklo[4.3.0]nonan-8-on o wzorze 2, który następnie oczyszcza się metodą chromatografii kolumnowej.The subject of the application is the optically active (+) - rel- (1R, 6R, 1'R) -1- (1'-chloroethyl) -9-oxabicyclo [4.3.0] nonan-8-one of the formula 2, which can find use in pharmacy as a compound with anti-cancer activity. The application also includes a method for the preparation of the optically active (+) - rel- (1R, 6R, 1'R) -1- (1'-chloroethyl) -9-oxabicyclo [4.3.0] nonan-8-one of formula 2, in that (+) - (2'-ethylidene-cyclohexyl) acetic acid of formula 1 is subjected to a chlorolactonization reaction to give (+) - rel- (1R, 6R, 1'R) -1- (1'-chloroethyl) -9-oxabicyclo [4.3.0] nonan-8-one of formula 2, which is then purified by column chromatography.
