Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania znakowanych radiochemicznie nanocząstek polimerowych chelatujących izotopy promieniotwórcze, ewentualnie z powierzchnią zmodyfikowaną specyficznymi molekułami kierującymi do określonego rodzaju komórek nowotworowych i/lub nowotworowej przestrzeni międzykomórkowej, umożliwiający ich przechowywanie, wykorzystujący przyłącznie diamin o charakterze hydrofobowym, gdzie do wolnej grupy aminowej przyłączonej diaminy przyłącza się poprzez wiązanie amidowe cząsteczkę chelatora. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także znakowane radiochemicznie nanocząstki polimerowe chelatujace izotopy promieniotwórcze wytworzone zastrzeganym sposobem, ewentualnie z powierzchnią zmodyfikowaną specyficznymi molekułami kierującymi do określonego rodzaju komórek nowotworowych oraz ich zastosowanie w diagnostyce i terapii.
