Komputerowo wspomagany sposób tworzenia i wymiany między użytkownikami kontraktów dotyczących benefitów pracowniczych przy użyciu sieci komputerowych, charakteryzuje się tym, że kontrakty składają się z tokenów będących dedykowanymi cyfrowymi nośnikami wartości oraz definicji korzyści, które można otrzymać przy użyciu tokenów, które to korzyści mogą być zarówno wirtualne, jak i rzeczywiste.
