Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kontrast MRI zdolny do nieinwazyjnego monitorowania wczesnych zmian zachodzących w śródbłonku układu krążenia. Kontrast ten składa się z hydrofilowego kompleksu zawierającego gadolin, substancję wykorzystywaną do diagnostyki techniką MRI, który jest wydajnie zamknięty w jednowarstwowych liposomach o określonej wielkości składzie. Rozwiązanie takie pozwala na wykrywanie dysfunkcji śródbłonka.
