Element 1 i cew¬ ke 2 otacza toroidalne uzwojenie wzbudzajace 3 i toroidalne uzwojenie pomocnicze 4. Oby¬ dwa potencjometry 6 sa polaczone poprzez pros¬ towniki 5 z koncami a i c toroidalnego uzwo¬ jenia pomocniczego 4. Uzwojenie wzbudzajace 3 jest przylaczone do zródla pradu wzbudzaja¬ cego 7.Przy skrecaniu elementu skretnego 1 w cewce 2 indukuje sie napiecie proporcjonalne do skre¬ cenia elementu 1. PLThe subject of the invention is an electromagnetic swivel sensor with an internal source of polarization voltage, which works on the basis of the magnetostrictive effect. Electromagnetic swivel sensors, using the magnetostriction phenomenon, in the hitherto solutions are incorporated into a phasensitive circuit. In this embodiment, the bias voltage that is necessary to shift the rectilinear characteristics of the rectifiers to the rectilinear range is obtained by means of an external polarizing sensor or, respectively, a transformer. An electromagnetic twist sensor with an internal source of bias voltage according to the invention uses auxiliary winding to obtain a bias voltage that surrounds the torsion element so that an excitation current induces a voltage in this auxiliary winding that is exactly in phase with the voltage drawn by the receiving coil. This makes it possible to obtain, in a very cheap manner, the bias voltage; without the use of auxiliary sensors or auxiliary transformers, the voltage being in phase with the voltage of the receiving coil and changing more uniformly with the changes in the excitation current, such as the voltage of the receiving coil. The figure shows an example of an electromagnetic sensor according to invention. Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section of the sensor and Fig. 2 shows a wiring diagram for the sensor. The twist sensor according to Fig. 1 consists of a torsion element 1, which is fixed at one end and a bend at the other. ¬ red. A receiving coil 2 is loosely attached to the torsion element 1. The element 1 and coil 2 surround the toroidal excitation winding 3 and the toroidal auxiliary winding 4. The excitation winding 3 is connected to the source of excitation current 7. The same excitation winding 4 as shown in FIG. 2 is divided into two fields, that the center 6 of the winding 4 is connected to one end d of the receiving coil 2, while the other end e is connected via device 8 to the center of the zero potentiometer 6. Both potentiometers 6 are connected via The terminals 5 with the ends of the toroidal auxiliary winding 4. The excitation winding 3 is connected to the source of the excitation current 7. When twisting the torsion element 1 in the coil 2, a voltage is induced proportional to the curvature of the element 1. In the toroidal winding voltage 4, as a result of the alternating excitation current flowing through the excitation winding 3 from the excitation circuit 7, an alternating bias voltage is induced which is exactly in phase with the voltage of the receiving coil 2. The bias voltage induces a current in the circuit according to FIG. 2, with the help of which the operating characteristics of the rectifiers are shifted to their linear range. By means of the potentiometer 6, the entire circuit is equilibrated so that no current flows through the device 8. If the torsion sensor is loaded and coil 2 is induced a current so that the balance of the entire circuit is disturbed, the device 8 will show a current which is proportional to the voltage in coil 2 and is therefore also proportional to the torque. The torsion sensor according to the invention is very simple, the production costs are low, and the sensor has proved to be very durable and accurate in operation. PL
