Piec wgłębny próżniowy do nawęglania podciśnieniowego detali zwłaszcza wielkogabarytowych, posiadający próżnioszczelną cylindryczną obudowę zamykaną lub otwieraną pokrywą, umieszczoną w tej obudowie komorę grzejną zaopatrzoną w izolację (2) oraz elementy grzejne (4) zamontowane w jej wnętrzu, charakteryzuje się tym, że izolacja komory grzejnej (4) posiada grubość dobraną odpowiednio dla zapewnienia optymalnej realizacji cyklów długotrwałego grzania konwekcyjnego i/lub próżniowego, przy czym warstwy izolacji wykonane są z materiałów ceramicznych, a elementy grzejne (4) wykonane są z metalu.Vacuum pit furnace for vacuum carburizing of details, especially large-size, with a vacuum-tight cylindrical casing closed or opened with a cover, a heating chamber placed in this casing, provided with insulation (2) and heating elements (4) installed inside it, characterized by the fact that the heating chamber insulation is (4) has a thickness selected appropriately to ensure the optimal implementation of long-term convection and / or vacuum heating cycles, the insulation layers being made of ceramic materials and the heating elements (4) made of metal.
