Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania membran polimerowych posiadających właściwości przeciwdrobnoustrojowe polegający na depozycji funkcjonalnych nanostruktur tlenków metali i/lub tlenku grafenu z zawiesiny, roztworu lub dyspersji na powierzchni polimerowej membrany filtracyjnej, poddanej uprzedniej aktywacji mieszaniną argonu i tlenu z zastosowaniem obróbki plazmowej. Opisywana metoda polega na przefiltrowaniu wodnej zawiesiny/roztworu/dyspersji nanostruktur tlenków metali i/lub tlenku grafenu przez membranę aktywowaną plazmowo lub zanurzeniu jej w ich wodnej zawiesinie/roztworze/dyspersji. Po procesie depozycji faza rozpraszająca jest usuwana z polimerowego materiału filtracyjnego poprzez odparowanie, po czym nanostruktury tlenków metali lub tlenku grafenu luźno związane z powierzchnią polimerowego materiału filtracyjnego są usuwane.The subject of the application is a method of producing polymer membranes with antimicrobial properties, consisting in the deposition of functional nanostructures of metal oxides and / or graphene oxide from a suspension, solution or dispersion on the surface of a polymer filtration membrane, previously activated with a mixture of argon and oxygen using plasma treatment. The described method consists in filtering an aqueous suspension / solution / dispersion of nanostructures of metal oxides and / or graphene oxide through a plasma activated membrane or immersing it in their aqueous suspension / solution / dispersion. After the deposition process, the dispersion phase is removed from the polymer filter material by evaporation, whereupon the metal oxide or graphene oxide nanostructures loosely attached to the surface of the polymer filter material are removed.
