Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu otrzymywania butanolanu 1-(S)-fenyloetylu o wzorze 1 oraz 1-(R)-fenyloetanolu o wzorze 2, który polega na tym, że butanolan 1-(R,S)-fenyloetylu poddaje się 5 dniowej biotransformacji z wykorzystaniem 3-tygodniowej hodowli szczepu cyjanobakterii Spirulina platensis jako biokatalizatora. Hodowla inkubowana jest w temperaturze 25°C, przy ciągłym naświetlaniu hodowli świetlówką fluorescencyjną, w warunkach stacjonarnych.The invention relates to a method for the preparation of 1- (S) -phenylethyl butoxide of formula 1 and 1- (R) -phenylethanol of formula 2, which consists in biotransforming 1- (R, S) -phenylethyl butoxide for 5 days using 3-week cultivation of Spirulina platensis cyanobacteria strain as a biocatalyst. The culture is incubated at a temperature of 25 ° C, under constant illumination of the culture with a fluorescent lamp, under stationary conditions.
