Abstract
Dwustronna taśma samoprzylepna, po obu stronach nośnika w postaci folii polimerowej ma klej samoprzylepny, charakteryzuje się tym, że nośnik polimerowy stanowi produkt reakcji od 37% do 60% wagowych samoprzylepnego kleju silikonowego, od 30% do 60% wagowych żywicy epoksydowej oraz od 3% do 10% wagowych mieszaniny sieciującej termicznie, przy czym całkowite stężenie wszystkich komponentów mieszaniny wynosi 100% wagowych, a jako mieszaninę sieciującą termicznie stosuje się mieszaninę od 1% do 6% wagowych nadtlenku benzoilu (BPO), od 1% do 6% wagowych dichloro nadtlenku benzoilu (DCIBPO) oraz od 1% do 6% wagowych poliamidoaminy, zaś sieciowanie kompozycji prowadzi się w temperaturze od 120°C do 160°C.Double-sided self-adhesive tape has a pressure-sensitive adhesive on both sides of the polymer film carrier, characterized by the polymer carrier being a reaction product of 37% to 60% by weight of pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive, 30% to 60% by weight of epoxy resin and 3% by weight up to 10% by weight of the thermally crosslinking mixture, where the total concentration of all mixture components is 100% by weight, and the thermally crosslinking mixture is a mixture of 1% to 6% by weight of benzoyl peroxide (BPO), 1% to 6% by weight of dichloro peroxide benzoyl (DCIBPO) and from 1% to 6% by weight of polyamidoamine, and crosslinking of the composition is carried out at a temperature of from 120 ° C to 160 ° C.
