Abstract

Wynalazek rozwiązuje zagadnienie konstrukcji zespołu nożowego wału wielorzędowego glebogryzarek, zawieszanych na ciągniku. Zespół stanowi nożowy wał (1), posiadający na całej swej długości liniowy wypust (6). W osiowym otworze w nożowych tarczach (2) są wnęki o rozmiarach odpowiadających rozmiarom liniowego wypustu (6) w przekroju poprzecznym. Wokół obwodu osiowego otworu do nożowej tarczy (2) dolega zaciskowa tuleja (8) z odgiętą kątowo końcówką przylegającą do bocznych ścianek liniowego wpustu (6) na nożowym wale (1). Zaciskowa tuleja na odcinku A jest trwale połączona z nożową tarczą (2), zaś po przeciwnej stronie, od zewnętrznej strony, pomiędzy powierzchnią zaciskowej tulei, a jej odgiętą końcówką jest umocowany usztywniający klin połączony trwale z zaciskową tuleją i jej końcówką (9'') na odcinku B.
