Abstract
Sposób zmiany efektywnego stopnia sprężania silnika spalinowego charakteryzuje się tym, że zawór upustowy (ZU) kanału upustowego (KU) wtryskiwacza jest odpowiednio zamykany i otwierany przez elektromagnes (EM) na podstawie informacji o aktualnych wskaźnikach pracy silnika takich jak: prędkość obrotowa, kąt obrotu wału korbowego, położenie pedału przyspieszenia, uchylenie przepustnicy, ciśnienie w kolektorze ssącym, ciśnienie w komorze spalania przekazywanych przez sterownik (SS), przy czym otwarcie zaworu upustowego (ZU) podczas suwu sprężania powoduje wydostanie się przez kanał upustowy (KU) powietrza do kanału obejściowego (KO) połączonego z kolektorem dolotowym lub kanałem wylotowym, a przemieszczenie tłoka z położenia dolnego martwego punktu przy otwartym zaworze upustowym (ZU), skutkuje zmniejszeniem czynnej objętości skokowej tłoka w cylindrze, przez co nie powoduje rozpoczęcia suwu sprężania do momentu zamknięcia zaworu upustowego (ZU), który po zamknięciu rozpoczyna prawidłowy proces suwu sprężania silnika. Wtryskiwacz paliwa do silników spalinowych o zapłonie iskrowym z układem do zmiany efektywnego stopnia sprężania silnika spalinowego posiadający iglicę rozpylającą (IR), sprężynę (SP), cewkę elekromagnetyczną (CE) osadzone wewnątrz obudowy (OM) oraz przewód paliwowy (DP), złącze elektryczne (ZE) charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada kanał upustowy (KU) poprowadzony poprzez obudowę OM i równolegle do przewodu paliwowego (DP) zakończony zaworem upustowym (ZU) posiadającym kanał obejściowy (KO) z przestrzeni roboczej cylindra nad tłokiem silnika, kanał odprowadzający (KO) może odprowadzać powietrze bądź do kolektora dolotowego lub kolektora wylotowego, ponadto zawór upustowy (ZU) połączony jest z elektromagnesem (EM)oraz sterownikiem (SS).The method of changing the effective compression ratio of an internal combustion engine is characterized in that the injector relief valve (ZU) of the injector channel (KU) is properly closed and opened by an electromagnet (EM) on the basis of information on current engine operating indicators such as rotational speed, shaft rotation angle crank, accelerator pedal position, throttle deflection, intake manifold pressure, combustion chamber pressure transmitted by the controller (SS), whereby the opening of the relief valve (ZU) during the compression stroke causes air to escape through the bypass channel (KU) into the bypass channel ( KO) connected to the intake manifold or exhaust duct, and the displacement of the piston from the position of the lower dead center with the bleed valve (ZU) open results in a reduction of the active displacement of the piston in the cylinder, which does not cause the compression stroke to begin until the bleeder valve (ZU) is closed who after closing, the correct engine compression stroke process begins. Fuel injector for spark-ignition internal combustion engines with a system for changing the effective compression ratio of an internal combustion engine with a spray needle (IR), spring (SP), electromagnetic coil (CE) embedded inside the housing (OM) and fuel line (DP), electrical connector ( ZE) is characterized by the fact that it has a bleeding channel (KU) routed through the OM housing and parallel to the fuel line (DP) ended with a bleeding valve (ZU) having a bypass channel (KO) from the cylinder working space above the engine piston, discharge channel (KO) it can discharge air to the intake manifold or exhaust manifold, in addition, the bleed valve (ZU) is connected to the electromagnet (EM) and the controller (SS).
