Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania hybrydowych materiałów węglowych z dodatkiem związków oligoheterocyklicznych (HMW-OT) poprzez pirolizę grafitu w warunkach beztlenowych. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że grafit i/lub węgle mikro-mezoporowate pochodzenia naturalnego zawierające azot poddane procesowi pirolizy znanymi sposobami miesza się z węglanem sodu lub wapnia lub wodorotlenek potasu o stężeniu korzystnie 16,9%, i tak powstałą mieszaninę homogenizuje korzystnie mechanicznie w czasie od 0,5 do 3 h i ogrzewa z szybkością z zakresu od 5°C/min do 15°C/min w atmosferze gazu obojętnego, po czym schładza się otrzymany materiał do temperatury około 50°C utrzymując atmosferę beztlenową i poddaje się działaniu mocnego kwasu nieorganicznego, tak wytrawiony kwasem materiał odmywa się wodą destylowaną do uzyskania wartości pH odcieku w zakresie od 6 do 7, po czym suszy przez okres od 12 godzin do 24 godzin w temperaturze z zakresu od 100°C do 110°C, modyfikuje roztworami związków oligoheterocyklicznych i dodaje 1-metylo-2-pirolidon i/lub aceton, korzystnie susząc w warunkach pokojowych.The subject of the application is a method for the production of hybrid carbon materials with the addition of oligoheterocyclic compounds (HMW-OT) by pyrolysis of graphite under anaerobic conditions. This method is characterized in that graphite and / or micro-mesoporous carbon of natural origin containing nitrogen subjected to the pyrolysis process are mixed with sodium or calcium carbonate or potassium hydroxide at a concentration of preferably 16.9% by known methods, and the resulting mixture preferably homogenises mechanically for 0.5 to 3 hours and heated at a rate of 5 ° C / min to 15 ° C / min under an inert gas atmosphere, then the resulting material is cooled to about 50 ° C while maintaining an anaerobic atmosphere and is subjected to strong of inorganic acid, the acid-etched material is washed with distilled water to obtain the pH of the effluent in the range of 6 to 7, and then dried for a period of 12 hours to 24 hours at a temperature in the range of 100 ° C to 110 ° C, modified with solutions of compounds oligoheterocyclic and adds 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and / or acetone, preferably drying at room conditions.
