Abstract
Układ zarządzania energią pojazdu elektrycznego charakteryzuje się tym, że maszyna elektromechaniczna (1) połączona jest pierwszą linią energetyczną (A) z przetwornikiem mocy (2) posiadającym czujnik pomiaru natężenia prądu, który to przetwornik mocy (2) połączony jest drugą liną energetyczną (C) z przetwornicą napięcia DC/DC (3) obniżającą napięcie, która połączona jest trzecią linią energetyczną (D) z czujnikiem natężenia prądu (4) do baterii (5). Przetwornik mocy (2) połączony jest czwartą linią energetyczną (E) z przetwornicą napięcia DC/DC (6), która połączona jest do pakietu kondensatorów (7). Do przetwornika mocy (2) podłączony jest pierwszą linią sygnałową (a) sterownik (8), który podłączony jest: drugą linią sygnałową (b) z przetwornicą napięcia DC/DC (3) obniżającą napięcie, trzecią linią sygnałową (c) z czujnikiem natężenia prądu (4), oraz czwartą linią sygnałową (d) z przetwornicą napięcia DC/DC (6). Istotą sposobu zarządzania energią pojazdu elektrycznego jest to, że energię elektryczną wytwarzaną przez maszynę elektromechaniczną (1) podczas rekuperacji kieruje się do przetwornika mocy (2), z którego kieruje się prąd przez przetwornicę DC/DC (3) obniżającą napięcie do baterii (5). Za pomocą czujnika natężenia prądu (4) znajdującego się pomiędzy przetwornicą prądu DC/DC (3) obniżającą napięcie a baterią (5) mierzy się natężenie prądu elektrycznego płynącego z przetwornicy prądu DC/DC (3) do baterii (5), po czym za pomocą sterownika układu (8) na podstawie natężenia prądu zmierzonego za pomocą czujnika natężenia prądu (4) ogranicza się prąd płynący do baterii (5) do zadanej wartości granicznej, a nadmiar wytworzonego prądu kieruje się poprzez przetwornicę napięcia prądu DC/DC (6) do układu kondensatorów (7). Podczas dostarczania energii do maszyny elektromechanicznej (1) energię elektryczną zasilającą maszynę elektromechaniczną (1) kieruje się z baterii (5) poprzez przetwornicę DC/DC (3) obniżającą napięcie oraz za pomocą czujnika natężenia prądu (4) mierzy się natężenie prądu elektrycznego płynącego z przetwornicy prądu DC/DC (6) z baterii (4) i za pomocą sterownika (8) na podstawie natężenia prądu zmierzonego za pomocą czujnika natężenia prądu (4) ogranicza się prąd płynący z baterii (5) do zadanej wartości granicznej a nadmiar zadanego prądu dostarcza się do maszyny elektromechanicznej (1) poprzez przetwornicę prądu DC/DC (6) z pakietu kondensatorów (7).
