Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest elektromagnes nurnikowy dwustronny. Charakteryzuje się on tym, że składa się z obudowy (1), wewnątrz której umieszczony jest ruchomy magnes trwały (2) którego płaszczyzna wyznaczona przez linię międzybiegunową (3) jest prostopadła do osi obudowy (1). Do magnesu trwałego (2) z jednej strony przylega podstawa (4a) pierwszej prowadnicy (4), której trzpień (4b) znajduje się w pierwszym otworze obudowy (1). Na trzpieniu (4b) pierwszej prowadnicy (4) w części poza obudową (1) osadzona jest pierwsza sprężyna (5), która pierwszym końcem oparta jest o zewnętrzną ściankę obudowy (1), a drugim końcem oparta jest o blokadę (6) pierwszej sprężyny (5) osadzoną na trzpieniu (4b) pierwszej prowadnicy (4). Do drugiej strony magnesu trwałego (2) przylega podstawa (7a) drugiej prowadnicy (7), której trzpień (7b) znajduje się w drugim otworze obudowy (1). Na trzpieniu (7b) drugiej prowadnicy (7) w części poza obudową (1) osadzona jest druga sprężyna (8), która pierwszym końcem oparta jest o zewnętrzną ściankę obudowy (1), a drugim końcem oparta jest o blokadę (9) drugiej sprężyny (8) osadzoną na trzpieniu (7b) drugiej prowadnicy (7). Na zewnątrz obudowy (1) znajdują się nieruchome uzwojenia (10a, 10b), umieszczone w położeniu ustalonym pomiędzy linią międzybiegunową (3) a końcami magnesu trwałego (2).The subject of the application is a double-sided plunger solenoid. It is characterized by the fact that it consists of a housing (1), inside which a movable permanent magnet (2) is placed, whose plane defined by the inter-polar line (3) is perpendicular to the housing axis (1). On one side, the permanent magnet (2a) adheres to the base (4a) of the first guide (4), whose pin (4b) is in the first hole of the housing (1). On the stem (4b) of the first guide (4) in the part outside the housing (1) is mounted the first spring (5), which with the first end rests on the outer wall of the housing (1) and the other end rests on the lock (6) of the first spring (5) mounted on the stem (4b) of the first guide (4). The base (7a) of the second guide (7) adheres to the other side of the permanent magnet (2), whose pin (7b) is located in the second opening of the housing (1). On the mandrel (7b) of the second guide (7) in part outside the housing (1) a second spring (8) is mounted, which with the first end rests on the outer wall of the housing (1) and the other end rests on the lock (9) of the second spring (8) mounted on the stem (7b) of the second guide (7). Outside the housing (1) there are fixed windings (10a, 10b), positioned between the pole (3) and the ends of the permanent magnet (2).
