Abstract
Wynalazek rozwiązuje zagadnienie konstrukcji zespołu urządzeń do zakwaszania gnojowicy, umożliwiający ograniczenie emisji amoniaku do atmosfery. Zespół stanowią połączone przepompowym rurociągiem (3) wstępny zbiornik (1) i procesowy zbiornik (2) z zainstalowanymi w nich czujnikami poziomu gnojowicy (9). Wstępny zbiornik (1) jest połączony z zrzutowym kanałem (4) z inwentarskich budynków (5) i rurociągami gnojowicy (6). W wstępnym zbiorniku (1) jest zamontowana pompa - mieszadło (8), połączona z przepompowym rurociągiem (3). W procesowym zbiorniku (2) znajduje się mieszadło (13), do którego śruby (14) jest przymocowana dozująca dysza (15) przewodu zbiornika kwasu (17). Na przepompowym rurociągu (3) pomiędzy wstępnym zbiornikiem (1) i procesowym zbiornikiem (2) są zainstalowane rozdzielacze (7).The invention solves the problem of the construction of a set of devices for acidifying the slurry, which enables the reduction of ammonia emissions to the atmosphere. The set consists of an initial tank (1) and a process tank (2) connected by a pumping pipeline (3) with liquid manure level sensors (9) installed in them. The preliminary tank (1) is connected to the discharge channel (4) from the livestock buildings (5) and the slurry pipes (6). A pump - agitator (8) connected to a pumping pipeline (3) is installed in the inlet tank (1). In the process tank (2) there is an agitator (13) to which the screw (14) is attached the dosing nozzle (15) of the acid reservoir line (17). On the pumping line (3) between the inlet tank (1) and the process tank (2), manifolds (7) are installed.
