Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kondensator elektrochemiczny (KE), który charakteryzuje się tym, że elektrolit stanowi roztwór azotanu magnezu korzystnie o stężeniu 1 mol/L, w którym rozpuszczalnik stanowi mieszanina wody oraz acetonu, przy czym stosunek objętościowy (vol) wody do acetonu zawiera się w przedziale 60%-50% woda, 40%-50% aceton.
