Abstract

Urządzenie do kształtowania kuli drążonej metodą kucia, charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z matrycy dolnej (1) z wykrojem roboczym, oraz matrycy górnej (2) z wykrojem roboczym, pomiędzy którymi znajdują się elementy podtrzymująco-centrujące (3, 4), które posiadają powierzchnię w kształcie walcowym (3a, 4a), od strony matrycy wykrojów roboczych. Sposób kształtowania kuli drążonej metodą kucia charakteryzuje się tym, że wsad w kształcie rury o średnicy zewnętrznej mniejszej od średnicy (D) kuli drążonej (6) i większej od średnicy (dK) otworów (6a, 6b) oraz o grubości ścianki mniejszej od grubości (gK, gMAX) ścianki (6c) kuli drążonej (6) oraz o wysokości, umieszcza się w wykroju roboczym matrycy dolnej (1) pomiędzy powierzchniami walcowymi (3a, 4a) elementów podtrzymująco-centrujących (3, 4).
