Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest preparat, który zawiera 1-dimetyloaminopropan-2ol 4-acetamidobenzoesan w ilości od ponad 2 do 14% wagowych w stosunku do ilości 1-dimetyloaminopropano-2olu 4-acetamidobenzoesanu zawartego w rozpuszczonym metyzoprynolu. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także zastosowanie wymienionej soli na nadawania trwałości wodnym roztworom metyzoprynolu w niskich temperaturach.The subject of the application is a preparation containing 1-dimethylaminopropan-2ol 4-acetamidobenzoate in an amount of more than 2 to 14% by weight in relation to the amount of 1-dimethylaminopropane-2-ol 4-acetamidobenzoate contained in dissolved methysoprinol. The application also covers the use of said salt to render aqueous solutions of methysoprinol stable at low temperatures.
