Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zespół połączenia korpusu pojemnika z pokrywką, z tworzywa sztucznego, zwłaszcza na napoje pod ciśnieniem, który zawiera obrzeże korpusu (1) i obrzeże pokrywki (9) zaopatrzone w części pierścieniowe i wgłębienia wzajemnie pasujące do siebie. Obrzeże korpusu (1) jest w postaci kołnierza wystającego na zewnątrz bocznej powierzchni korpusu (1), który na górnej powierzchni ma uformowaną wystającą pierścieniową część (4), a dolna powierzchnia kołnierza jest zasadniczo prostopadła do bocznej powierzchni korpusu (1). Obrzeże pokrywki (9) na dolnej powierzchni ma uformowane obwodowe wgłębienie (10), w którym umiejscowiona jest wystająca pierścieniowa część (4) kołnierza. Powierzchnia czołowa wystającej pierścieniowej części (4) kołnierza korpusu (1) pojemnika i/lub powierzchnia czołowa obwodowego wgłębienia (10) obrzeża pokrywki (9) zakończona jest profilem o trójkątnym przekroju poprzecznym przystosowanym do zgrzewania ultradźwiękowego. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także przedstawiona na rysunku preforma pojemnika z tworzywa sztucznego zwłaszcza na napoje.
