Abstract
Bęben mieszalnika betonomieszarki samochodowej charakteryzuje się tym, że zarówno w jego podzespole przednim o profilu stożka ściętego jak i w cylindrycznym podzespole ich połączone ze sobą oba ciągi spiral (8 i 9) oraz (26 i 27) wyposażone są dodatkowo w równomiernie rozmieszczone wzdłuż utworzonej przez nie linii śrubowej metalowych profilowych wsporników (13 i 31) przymocowanych nierozłącznie do obu usytuowanych naprzeciw siebie ścianek spiral (8 i 9) oraz (26 i 27) oraz do wewnętrznych powierzchni metalowych obudów obu tych podzespołów, a ponadto wsporniki (13) połączone są rozłącznie z blaszanymi płaskimi mieszadłami (16), a wsporniki (31) z blaszanymi płaskimi mieszadłami (34) skierowanymi w kierunku osi obrotu tego bębna, które na swych powierzchniach posiadają po kilka profilowych otworów, przy czym oba ciągi spiral (8 i 9) oraz (26 i 27) na obwodzie ich każdego pełnego obrotu utworzone są z profilowych segmentów łopatek wszystkie połączone ze sobą nierozłącznie na zakładki, a do wewnętrznego czoła każdego z tych segmentów łopatek przymocowane są nierozłącznie poprzecznie usytuowane do ich ścianek bocznych listwowe profilowe elementy wzmacniające łukowo wygięte z jednostronnym ich zagięciem o profilu dostosowanym do promieni i prostych boków tych segmentów łopatek.The drum of a mixer of a truck concrete mixer is characterized by the fact that both in its front subassembly with a truncated cone profile and in a cylindrical subassembly, their interconnected two spiral sequences (8 and 9) and (26 and 27) are additionally equipped with evenly spaced helix of metal profile supports (13 and 31) inseparably attached to both opposite walls of spirals (8 and 9) and (26 and 27) and to the internal surfaces of metal housings of both these components, and the supports (13) are detachably connected to sheet-metal flat mixers (16), and supports (31) with sheet-metal flat mixers (34) directed in the direction of the axis of rotation of the drum, which have several profile openings on their surfaces, both spiral lines (8 and 9) and (26) and 27) on the circumference of their each full revolution are formed by profiled blade segments all connected with each other in an inseparable overlap, and to the inner face of each of these blade segments are inseparably attached transversely to their side walls arc-bent lath profile reinforcement elements with their one-sided fold with a profile adapted to the radii and straight sides of these blade segments.
