In another solution, the central heating heat nodes (5) are equipped with heat pumps with water heat sources, which during the heating season are fed in the district heating network (2) from the central source (1) of heating heat, which transfer to the local heat subnetwork of users (7.2) and heating water with a domestic hot water heat station (4) and to membrane heat exchangers (8) located in rooms with maintained thermal comfort, and in the cooling season, heat pumps are supplied from a central source (1) of cooling heat and which are used to return the water heated in the heat pump through the domestic hot water heating substation (4) to the central heat source (1), and the local heat subnetwork of the heating water users (7.2) is equipped with membrane heat exchangers (8) located in rooms with maintained thermal comfort, which is supplied with water from the heat pump's cooling circuit.
