Abstract

Przedmiotem niniejszego zgłoszenia jest superparamagnetyczna nanocząstka na bazie tlenków żelaza, w której od 1% do 3% trójwartościowych jonów Fe3- obecnych w strukturze krystalograficznej nanocząstki jest zastąpiona radionuklidem z grupy lantanowców, holmem 166Ho. Zgłoszenie dotyczy także zastosowania superparamagnetycznej nanocząstki do rozdzielania i oczyszczaniu komórek, mikroorganizmów takich jak wirusów i biologicznych makrocząsteczek oraz jako lek.The subject of the present application is a superparamagnetic nanoparticle based on iron oxides, in which from 1% to 3% of trivalent Fe3-ions present in the crystallographic structure of the nanoparticle is replaced with a lanthanide radionuclide, holm 166Ho. The application also relates to the use of a superparamagnetic nanoparticle for the separation and purification of cells, microorganisms such as viruses and biological macromolecules, and as a drug.
