Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób recyklingu chemicznego różnych tworzyw na bazie PLA (w postaci stałej) z wykorzystaniem alkoholi wielowodorotlenowych. Istotą tego rozwiązania jest sposób przetworzenia polilaktydu pochodzenia zarówno syntetycznego, jak i naturalnego i otrzymania z niego surowca poliolowego do produkcji poliuretanowych materiałów piankowych. Przedmiotowe rozwiązanie może znaleźć szerokie zastosowanie w przemyśle w: budownictwie - do materiałów termoizolacyjnych; meblarstwie - do produkcji pianek elastycznych (meble tapicerowane, materace, siedziska); motoryzacji - do produkcji zderzaków, wygłuszaczy, elementów odbojnych i siedzeń; przemyśle odzieżowym - do produkcji obuwia i wyrobów skóropodobnych; górnictwie - do produkcji materiałów uszczelniających oraz pokryć elementów jezdnych.The subject of the notification is a method of chemical recycling of various plastics based on PLA (in solid form) with the use of polyhydric alcohols. The essence of this solution is the method of processing polylactide of both synthetic and natural origin and obtaining from it a polyol raw material for the production of polyurethane foam materials. The subject solution can be widely used in industry in: construction - for thermal insulation materials; furniture making - for the production of flexible foams (upholstered furniture, mattresses, seats); motorization - for the production of bumpers, soundproofers, fender elements and seats; clothing industry - for the production of footwear and leather-like products; mining - for the production of sealing materials and coatings for running elements.
