Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest paliwo grillowe kompozytowe z węgla drzewnego w postaci brykietu obejmującego zbrojenie i osnowę, gdzie zbrojenie zawiera sprasowany miał węgla drzewnego i lepiszcze organiczne, zaś osnowa zawiera sprasowany miał z węgla drzewnego, lepiszcze organiczne i polimer polisacharydowy, chrakteryzujące się tym, że gęstość brykietu wynosi od 0,9 do 1,1 kg dm-3 i zbrojenie zawiera lepiszcze organiczne w ilości od 2% do 8% wag., zaś osnowa zawiera mikrowłókna celulozy o rozmiarze poniżej 200 µm, zwłaszcza ligniny, w ilości od 0,5% do 15% wag., korzystnie od 2% do 5% wag., lepiszcze organiczne w ilości od 6% do 10% wag., polielektrolit celulozowy w ilości od 0,01% do 2% wag., korzystnie od 0,01% do 0,5% wag, utleniacz w ilości od 0,01% do 1,5%, korzystnie od 0,01% do 0,5% wag., zwłaszcza nadmanganian potasu lub polimer polisacharydowo - azotanowy, katalizator w ilości od 0,05% do 0,065% wag., korzystnie siarczan miedzi, chlorek potasu lub chlorek sodu, oraz emulsję oleju silikonowego w ilości od 0,01% do 0,8% wag., korzystnie od 0,2% do 0,5% wag., oraz ewentualnie polimer polisacharydowy w ilości do 3% wag., przy czym gęstość początkowa miału z węgla drzewnego zawartego w osnowie wynosi od 0,45 do 0,60 g cm-3. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób formowania takiego paliwa.The subject of the application is composite charcoal fuel in the form of a briquette comprising reinforcement and matrix, where the reinforcement contains pressed charcoal and organic binder, while the matrix contains pressed charcoal, organic binder and polysaccharide polymer, characterized by the fact that the density of the briquette is from 0.9 to 1.1 kg dm-3 and the reinforcement contains an organic binder in an amount of 2% to 8% by weight, while the matrix contains cellulose microfibers smaller than 200 µm, especially lignin, in an amount of 0.5% up to 15% by weight, preferably from 2% to 5% by weight, organic binder in an amount of 6% to 10% by weight, cellulose polyelectrolyte in an amount of 0.01% to 2% by weight, preferably from 0.01% up to 0.5% by weight, oxidant in an amount from 0.01% to 1.5%, preferably from 0.01% to 0.5% by weight, especially potassium permanganate or polysaccharide-nitrate polymer, catalyst in an amount from 0, 05% to 0.065% by weight, preferably copper sulfate, potassium chloride or chlorine sodium chloride, and silicone oil emulsion in an amount of from 0.01% to 0.8% by weight, preferably from 0.2% to 0.5% by weight, and optionally a polysaccharide polymer in an amount of up to 3% by weight, wherein the initial density of fine coal from the matrix is from 0.45 to 0.60 g cm-3.
