Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób pozyskiwania grup frakcji z niejednorodnej nadawy w wyrobisku kopalin użytecznych, charakteryzujący się tym, że podczas przemieszczania mieszaniny żwirów wstępnie poddaje się je procesowi grawitacyjnego natryskiwania wodą technologiczną, przy kącie ustawienia płuczki, po czym dodatkowo natryskuje wodą technologiczną w kierunku przeciwnym do przemieszczanego kruszywa, strugą rozproszoną, skierowaną kątowo do osi transportera i poddaje separacji na: piasek 0/2, żwiry 2/8, 8/16 mm, zaś cząstki gliny zawarte w mieszaninie żwirów, poddaje się procesowi rozcierania poprzez dynamiczne mieszanie w cyklonie z ciśnieniem wyjściowym pompy, przy zadawanej mocy pompy, w punkcie odcięcia gliny z wodą, następnie separuje wodę technologiczną od piasku z wibracją przesiewania do uzyskania piasku płukanego 0/2 mm z minimalną zawartością pyłów, przy czym powstały szlam poddaje procesowi odszlamiania w zamkniętym układzie wody technologicznej w zamkniętych odstojnikach w warunkach atmosferycznych, po czym wodę ze szlamem o frakcji poniżej 0,065 mm poddaje się separacji w procesie wyciskania w prasie filtracyjnej przy użyciu pompy tłoczącej oraz siłownika hydraulicznego zamykającego prasę i poddaje sproszkowaniu na frakcję możliwą do zastosowania jako wypełniacza do farb i lakierów lub dodatku do nawozów.The subject of the application is a method of obtaining fraction groups from a heterogeneous feed in a useful mineral excavation, characterized in that during the movement of the gravel mixture they are initially subjected to the process of gravitational spraying with process water, at the angle of the scrubber, and then additionally sprayed with process water in the opposite direction to the displaced aggregates, dispersed stream, directed angularly to the conveyor axis and subjected to: sand 0/2, gravels 2/8, 8/16 mm, while clay particles contained in the gravel mixture are subjected to the process of grinding by dynamic mixing in a cyclone with the initial pressure pumps, at the set pump power, at the point of cutting off clay with water, then separates the process water from the sand with the vibration of sieving to obtain rinsed sand 0/2 mm with a minimum content of dust, while the resulting sludge is subjected to a de-sludging process in a closed water system t echnological in closed settling tanks in atmospheric conditions, after which water with sludge with a fraction below 0.065 mm is subjected to separation in the process of extrusion in a filtration press using a pressure pump and a hydraulic cylinder closing the press and subjecting the powder to a fraction which can be used as a filler for paints and varnishes or fertilizer additive.
