Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest preparat o właściwościach leczniczych i/lub kosmetycznych charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera łącznie co najmniej trzy z czterech składników aktywnych wybranych spośród: a) ekstrakt z liści aloesu (Aloe Vera Powder; INCI: Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Powder) w ilości od 0,01 do 4% wagowych gotowego preparatu, i/lub b) olejek z drzewa herbacianego (Tea Tree Oil; INCI: Melaleuca Alternifolia Oil) w ilości od O,1 do 90% wagowych gotowego preparatu, i/lub c) olejek z miodli indyjskiej (Neem Oil; INCI: Azadirachta Indica Seed Oil) w ilości od 0,05 do 50% wagowych gotowego preparatu, i/lub d) olejek kurkumowy (Turmeric Essential Oil; INCI: Curcuma Longa Root Oil) w ilości od 0,05 do 50% wagowych gotowego preparatu, przy czym ilość sumaryczna wymienionych składników aktywnych wynosi nie mniej niż 0,25% wagowych gotowego preparatu, a składniki aktywne osadzone są w dowolnej neutralnej bazie kosmetycznej lub podłożu farmaceutycznym, natomiast w wariancie preparatu trzyskładnikowego składającego się z olejku z drzewa herbacianego, olejku z miodli indyjskiej oraz olejku kurkumowego, składniki te osadzone są w neutralnej bazie kosmetycznej lub podłożu farmaceutycznym lub zmieszane jedynie ze sobą bez bazy/podłoża.
