PLPublished on October 31, 1959 OF THE POLISH PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC PATENT DESCRIPTION No. 42425 Marian Noiuicki Warsaw, Poland Danuta Gzeremska Czestochowa, Poland Jerzy Hole Warsaw, Poland KI. 45 = £ = £ 3. Insecticide The patent was valid from January 29, 1959. The subject of the invention is an insecticide, suitable especially for flies smothering. - It is known to use a solution of non-aqueous hydroxy-trichloro-ethyl-dimethyl phosphonate as an insect repellent. Practice has shown, however, that this solution is very unstable. This inconvenience is removed by the agent according to the invention which is an aqueous solution of hydroxy-trichloro-ethyl-dimethyl-phosphate, with the addition of an aqueous solution of chlorosalicylic acid anilide as stabilizer. It has been found that even a small amount of this stabilizer, for example 0.1-0.25%, provides the complete stability of the above solution. PL
