We wkładach formujących (4, 5) wykonano z kolei wiercone kanały chłodzące (7), w których umieszczono wykonane z materiału o wysokim współczynniku przewodności cieplnej użebrowane wkładki chłodzące (6), przy czym po umieszczeniu użebrowanych wkładek (6) w newralgicznych obszarach wkładów formujących (4, 5) tj. obszary wzmocnienia i zgrubienia wypraski (8), punkty wtrysku (9), część wierconych otworów zaślepia się korkami (10).The subject of the application is an injection mold equipped with finned cooling inserts with an increased active heat exchange surface, consisting of an injection mold body (1) divided into a stamp plate (2) and a die plate (3), in which the insert parts of the stamping part are placed in the made seats ( 4) and matrix part (5).
