Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób i układ obcinania części korzennej oraz szczypiorkowej warzyw (1) cebulowatych polegający na tym, że warzywa (1) są pobierane z zasobnika (2) transporterem taśmowym (3), następnie są umieszczane w koszyczkach (4) przesuwających się na łańcuchu (5), po czym następuje obcięcie części korzennej i szczypiorkowej. Charakterystyczne jest, że przed dokonaniem tego obcięcia kamera cyfrowa (6) rejestruje obraz warzywa (1), na podstawie którego obliczana jest pochodna 7a', 7b' obrysu 7a, 7b warzywa (1) i ustalane są punkty (P1, P2) początków ekstremów tej pochodnej 7a', 7b' stanowiące początek występowania części korzennej oraz szczypiorkowej, przy czym punkty (P1, P2) stanowią te o najmniejszych wartościach bezwzględnych, niezależnie czy wyznaczone na podstawie pochodnej (7a') górnego obrysu 7a, czy pochodnej 7b' dolnego obrysu 7b warzywa (1), z kolei po wyznaczeniu punktów (P1, P2), następuje odcięcie części korzennej i szczypiorkowej warzywa poprzez noże (N1, N2), z których każdy jest niezależnie sterowany komputerowo, i który przyjmuje taką pozycję, aby odciąć odcinki (?P1, ?P2) części przykorzennej i części szczypiorkowej o długości zadanej przez operatora, niezależnie od ułożenia warzywa (1) w koszyczku (4).
