Abstract

The subject of the application is a method of obtaining hydrogels of various degradability, which are used as carriers of biologically active compounds, which consists in the fact that for the synthesis of hydrogels cross-linking agents were used which are diacetal, benzylidene trehalose derivatives with multiple (n = 1-25) ethoxy or propyloxy moieties completed (meth) acrylic groups. The subject of the application is also the use of hydrogels as degradable carriers of biologically active compounds, in particular proteins, peptides, oligonucleotides in solutions with a pH of 3.5 - 7.0.
