Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia przedstawionym na rysunku jest sposób przekształcenia elektrycznego nastawnego wibratora kołnierzowego do pracy jako nastawny wibrator korbowy i sposób precyzyjnej regulacji kąta i siły wymuszającej wibracje. Sposób polega na zamontowaniu tarczy z otworami co 15 stopni do ustawiania kąta pomiędzy przeciwwagami po obydwu stronach wału napędowego. Regulacja siły następuje przez dodawanie przeciwwag. Siła wypadkowa wynika z kąta pomiędzy siłami wymuszającymi i ilością zamocowanych przeciwwag. Wibrator kołnierzowy wywołuje ruch obwodowy na płaszczyźnie i ruch pionowy materiału ziarnistego, tak zwany ruch bączka". Urządzenie pozwala na dostosowanie wibratora kołnierzowego do napędu maszyn wibracyjnych z jednym centralnym wibratorem np. przesiewaczy."The subject of the application presented in the drawing is a method of transforming an electric adjustable collar vibrator to work as an adjustable crank vibrator and a method for precise adjustment of the angle and force forcing vibrations. The method involves installing a disc with holes every 15 degrees to set the angle between the counterweights on both sides of the drive shaft. The force is adjusted by adding counterweights. The resultant force results from the angle between the excitation forces and the number of attached counterweights. The collar vibrator causes circumferential movement on the plane and vertical movement of the granular material, the so-called spinning top movement. The device allows the collar vibrator to be adapted to drive vibrating machines with one central vibrator, e.g.
