Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest tłok demagnetyzujący (1) do rurociągów tłoczących media gazowe lub ciekłe, zawierający ramę nośną, manszety prowadzące (3), zespół magnesów (4) generujących zmienne pole magnetyczne o malejącym natężeniu charakteryzują się tym, że zespół magnesów (4) zamocowany jest w podłużnych modułach rozmagnesowujących (5), umieszczonych obwodowo na ramie nośne, przy czym moduły rozmagnesowujące (5) zaopatrzone są w magnesy (6) ułożone wewnątrz modułów rozmagnesowujących (5) kolejno w kierunku osi tłoka, ponadto poszczególne moduły rozmagnesowujące (5) przymocowane są do ramy nośnej za pośrednictwem połączenia ruchomego.The subject of the application is a demagnetizing piston (1) for pipelines transporting gaseous or liquid media, containing a support frame, guide sleeves (3), a set of magnets (4) generating a variable magnetic field with decreasing intensity, characterized by the fact that the set of magnets (4) is attached in the longitudinal demagnetizing modules (5), placed circumferentially on the support frame, the demagnetizing modules (5) are equipped with magnets (6) arranged inside the demagnetizing modules (5) in the direction of the piston axis, in addition individual demagnetizing modules (5) are attached to the support frame via a mobile connection.
