Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania poliolu o liczbie hydroksylowej mieszczącej się w zakresie 180 - 200 mgKOH/g, w którym to sposobie: w reaktorze głównym (20) miesza za pomocą wolnoobrotowego mieszadła, korzystnie z prędkością od 15 do 30 obr/min, następujące składniki: glikol dietylenowy (DEG) w ilości od 34 do 45% wag.; glikol monoetylenowy (MEG) w ilości od 2,99 do 4,99% wag.; katalizator, korzystnie tytanian tertbutylu, w ilości od 0,008 do 0,01% wag.; podgrzewając je do temperatury od 200 do 250°C, po czym po osiągnięciu tej temperatury dodaje się zmielony poli(tereftalan etylenu) (PET) pochodzący z recyklingu butelek w ilości od 40 do 50% wag. a następnie zhomogenizowaną, przygotowaną równolegle w homogenizatorze (10) za pomocą szybkoobrotowego mieszadła, korzystnie z prędkością od 500 do 1000 obr/min mieszankę składników: poliol pochodzący z odpadowej piany PUR/PIR w ilości od 5 do 10% wag.; polioksyalkilenowany glikol propylenowy w ilości od 1 do 5% wag.; trans-4-(trifluorometylo)perfluoro-2-penten w ilości od 0,5 do 1% wag. Następnie kontynuuje się mieszanie w reaktorze głównym (20) do momentu ujednorodnienia mieszanki, uzyskując poliol, będący także przedmiotem niniejszego zgłoszenia.The subject of the application is a method for producing a polyol with a hydroxyl number in the range of 180 - 200 mgKOH / g, in which method: in the main reactor (20), mixing with the help of a low-speed mixer, preferably at a speed of 15 to 30 rpm, the following components : diethylene glycol (DEG) in an amount of 34 to 45% by weight; monoethylene glycol (MEG) in an amount of 2.99 to 4.99% by weight; a catalyst, preferably tert-butyl titanate, in an amount of 0.008 to 0.01% by weight; by heating them to a temperature of 200 to 250 ° C, after which, after reaching this temperature, ground polyethylene terephthalate (PET) from recycled bottles is added in an amount of 40 to 50% by weight. and then homogenized, prepared in parallel in the homogenizer (10) by means of a high-speed mixer, preferably at a speed of 500 to 1000 rpm, a mixture of components: polyol derived from waste PUR / PIR foam in an amount of 5 to 10% by weight; polyoxyalkylene propylene glycol in an amount of 1 to 5% by weight; trans-4- (trifluoromethyl) perfluoro-2-pentene in an amount of 0.5 to 1 wt. The mixing in the main reactor (20) is then continued until the blend is homogeneous to obtain the polyol which is also the subject of the present application.
