Abstract

Sposób sterowania górniczą maszyną urabiającą w ścianach metanowych polega na ciągłym pomiarze stężenia metanu na wlocie i wylocie ściany oraz pomiarze stężenia metanu w prądzie powietrza przepływającym przez ścianę z metanomierzami (6) rozmieszczonymi wzdłuż ściany. Wyniki pomiarów przesyła się do układu kalkulującego (5), w którym oblicza się żądaną prędkość urabiania maszyny urabiającej, zmniejszając tę prędkość, gdy wzrasta stężenie metanu, mierzone przez którykolwiek z wymienionych metanomierzy: metanomierza (7) w prądzie powietrza wypływającym ze ściany lub metanomierza (8) w prądzie powietrza dopływającym do ściany lub mierzone przez którykolwiek z metanomierzy (6) rozmieszczonych wzdłuż ściany i zwiększając tę prędkość, gdy wszystkie metanomierze równocześnie pokazują zmniejszanie się mierzonych wartości stężeń metanu. The measurement results are sent to the calculating system (5), in which the desired mining speed of the mining machine is calculated, reducing this speed when the concentration of methane increases, measured by any of the following methane meters: methane meter (7) in the air flowing out of the wall or methane meter ( 8) in the air current flowing into the wall or measured by any of the methane meters (6) located along the wall and increasing this speed when all methane meters simultaneously show a decrease in the measured values of methane concentration. The invention also relates to a control system for a mining mining machine in methane walls.
