Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zespół dyszla przyczepy transportowej, mający zastosowanie w układach sprzęgowych, umożliwiających połączenie pojazdu samochodowego z przyczepą transportową. Zespół dyszla przyczepy transportowej charakteryzuje się tym, że korpus (3) ma postać podłużnicy o profilu zasadniczo zamkniętym, stanowiącej nieruchomą obudowę dla dyszla (2), który usytuowany jest w niej przesuwnie, przy czym w dyszlu (2) znajdują się co najmniej dwa gniazda (5) mające postać przelotowych otworów wykonanych w przeciwległych ściankach profilu dyszla (2) i usytuowanych względem siebie współosiowo, oraz nierozłącznie połączonych z tymi otworami tulei, korzystnie przyspawanych do przeciwległych ścianek dyszla (2), natomiast w osi gniazd (5) po obu stronach korpusu (3), znajdują się trzpienie blokujące (8, 9) o średnicach Db równych w przybliżeniu średnicom wewnętrznym tulei Dt, gdzie średnica Db1 trzpienia (8) jest mniejsza lub równa średnicy wewnętrznej tulei Dt, a średnica Db2 trzpienia (9) jest większa od średnicy wewnętrznej tulei Dt, przy czym trzpień blokujący (8) połączony jest poprzez łącznik (10) z siłownikami luzującymi (11') a znajdujący się po przeciwległej stronie korpusu (3) trzpień blokujący (9) połączony jest poprzez łącznik (7) z siłownikami luzującymi (11) oraz z siłownikiem dociskowym (4), który to siłownik dociskowy (4) połączony jest z zaworem zwrotno-dławiącym nastawnym (12), natomiast zawór zwrotno-dławiący nastawny (12) jest połączony z zaworem sterującym (13) instalacji pneumatycznej przyczepy."The subject of the application is the drawbar assembly of a transport trailer, used in coupling systems enabling the connection of a motor vehicle with a transport trailer. (5) in the form of through holes made in the opposite walls of the drawbar profile (2) and located coaxially to each other, and sleeves inseparably connected to these holes, preferably welded to the opposite walls of the drawbar (2), while in the axis of the sockets (5) on both sides body (3), there are locking pins (8, 9) with diameters Db approximately equal to the internal diameters of the sleeve Dt, where the diameter Db1 of the pin (8) is smaller or equal to the internal diameter of the sleeve Dt, and the diameter Db2 of the pin (9) is larger from the inner diameter of the sleeve Dt, where the locking pin (8) is connected through a connector (10) to the release cylinders (11') and the locking pin (9) located on the opposite side of the body (3) is connected through a connector (7) to loosening actuators (11) and with a pressure actuator (4), the pressure actuator (4) is connected to the adjustable check-throttle valve (12), and the adjustable check-throttle valve (12) is connected to the control valve (13) of the installation pneumatic trailer.
