Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są nowe szczepy bakterii z gatunku Lactobacillus kunkeei, takie jak: L. kunkeei CH1, L. kunkeei CH2, L. kunkeei CH3, L. kunkeei Z1, L. kunkeei Z3, L. kunkeei Z5, L. kunkeei III1, L. kunkeei VII, L. kunkeei VI3, L. kunkeei VI4, L. kunkeei VI6, L. kunkeei VII4 oraz z gatunku Fructobacillus fructosus, takie jak: F. fructosus V5 i F. fructosus VIII1, wyizolowane z przewodu pokarmowego pszczół, zidentyfikowane, oznaczone i zdeponowane w Instytucie Immunologii i Terapii Doświadczalnej im. Ludwika Hirszfelda, Polskiej Akademii Nauk we Wrocławiu. Wyżej zdefiniowane nowe szczepy bakterii, znajdują zastosowanie w zwalczaniu i zapobieganiu chorobom pszczół miodnych. The subject of the application are new strains of bacteria of the species Lactobacillus kunkeei, such as: L. kunkeei CH1, L. kunkeei CH2, L. kunkeei CH3, L. kunkeei Z1, L. kunkeei Z3, L. kunkeei Z5, L. kunkeei III1, L kunkeei VII, L. kunkeei VI3, L. kunkeei VI4, L. kunkeei VI6, L. kunkeei VII4 and from the species Fructobacillus fructosus, such as: F. fructosus V5 and F. fructosus VIII1, isolated from the gastrointestinal tract of bees, identified, marked and deposited at the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy Ludwik Hirszfeld, Polish Academy of Sciences in Wrocław. The new strains of bacteria defined above are used in combating and preventing honey bee diseases. The subject of the application are also probiotic preparations based on the above-mentioned bacterial strains, added to bee foods, preferably in the form of lyophilisates with the addition of fixatives and covers increasing the stability of the preparation.
