Abstract
"Kartridż do zmiany przekroju wlotu kompresora" pozwala regulować przekrój wlotu strugi gazu bezpośrednio przed kołem kompresora (2) w sprężarkach przepływowych promieniowych, osiowych oraz promieniowo-osiowych. "Kartridż do zmiany przekroju wlotu kompresora" zamienia ruch obrotowy płyty kontrolującej (8) na ruch posuwisty łopatek (7) co pozwala na kontrolowanie przekrój wlotu strugi gazu. Przy zmniejszonym przekroju wlotu strugi gazów zakres operacyjny kompresora pozwala na stabilną pracę sprężarki przy mniejszych przepływach. Po zwiększeniu przekroju wlotu strugi gazu przed kołem kompresora (2) zakres operacyjny turbosprężarki jest przesunięty w kierunku większych przepływów co pozwala na stabilną pracę z większymi przepływami gazów. After increasing the cross section of the gas stream inlet in front of the compressor wheel (2), the operating range of the turbocharger is shifted towards larger flows, which allows stable operation with higher gas flows. This solution allows increasing the operating range of radial, axial and radial-axial compressors.
