Abstract

The application describes an aortic stent which is self-expanding as well as repositioningable and is preferably made of nitinol. It consists of two parts: the upper part and the lower part. The lower part is a grid (1) arranged so as to form a wall of the cylinder along the entire height of this element. Another shape of the net, e.g. partly conical or partly resembling the flat side wall of the cylinder, is also acceptable. The upper part of the stent, on the other hand, consists of three arms (2) drawn out of the mesh (1) up and spaced at equal intervals, whose height is slightly greater than the height of the mesh (1), slightly less than the height of the mesh (1) or equal to its height. The arms (2) of the stent are shaped in such a way that together they form a contour of the round cup of the cup, and their final, peripheral part is preferably straight and also inclined inwards. The space between the arms (2) always provides free access to the coronary arteries. At the end of each arm (2) is placed the upper mark (3) of the valve, and each upper mark (3) corresponds to the lower mark (8), which is located at the bottom of the net (1), i.e. on the opposite side and under the given arm ( 2). The lower mark (8) enables precisely implanted stent according to the assumed plan.
