Abstract
Układ zawiera transoptor pomiarowy, którego fotoemiter i połączony z nim szeregowo rezystor wejściowy dołączone są do mierzonego napięcia wejściowego oraz transoptor porównawczy. Charakteryzuje się tym, że oba transoptory są jednego rodzaju. Pierwsze wyprowadzenie fotodetektora transoptora pomiarowego (TO1) jest dołączone do dodatniego bieguna napięcia zasilającego (Uz), a drugie wyprowadzenie jest połączone z pierwszym wyprowadzeniem fotodetektora transoptora porównawczego (TO2), którego drugie wyprowadzenie jest dołączone do ujemnego bieguna napięcia zasilającego (Uz). Pomiędzy dodatnim a ujemnym biegunem napięcia zasilającego (Uz) włączone są też, połączone kolejno, tranzystor pomiarowy (T1), fotoemiter transoptora porównawczego (TO2) oraz rezystor wyjściowy (Rwy). Elektroda sterująca tranzystora pomiarowego (T1) przyłączona jest do wspólnego punktu drugiego wyprowadzenia fotodetektora transoptora pomiarowego (TO1) i pierwszego wyprowadzenia fotodetektora transoptora porównawczego (TO2). Napięcia na rezystorze wyjściowym (Rwy) są równe napięciu wyjściowemu (Uwy), które jest proporcjonalne do napięcia wejściowego (Uwe). Transoptor pomiarowy (TO1) i transoptor porównawczy (TO2) są jednego rodzaju, korzystnie jako transoptor podwójny. Tranzystor pomiarowy może być tranzystorem bipolarnym lub unipolarnym.The system includes a measuring optocoupler whose photoemitter and input resistor connected in series are connected to the measured input voltage and a comparative optocoupler. It is characterized by the fact that both optocouplers are of one type. The first lead of the measuring optocoupler photodetector (TO1) is connected to the positive pole of the supply voltage (Uz), and the second lead is connected to the first lead of the photodetector of the comparative optocoupler (TO2), the second pin of which is connected to the negative pole of the supply voltage (Uz). Between the positive and negative poles of the supply voltage (Uz) are also connected, sequentially connected, measuring transistor (T1), comparative photocoupler (TO2) and output resistor (Rwy). The measuring electrode of the measuring transistor (T1) is connected to the common point of the second lead of the photodetector of the measuring optocoupler (TO1) and the first lead of the photodetector of the reference optocoupler (TO2). The voltages on the output resistor (Rwy) are equal to the output voltage (Uwy), which is proportional to the input voltage (Uwe). The measuring optocoupler (TO1) and comparative optocoupler (TO2) are of one type, preferably as a double optocoupler. The measuring transistor can be a bipolar or unipolar transistor.
