Abstract

Bateria termowoltaiczna elektrowni hybrydowej jest przeznaczona do wytwarzania prądu elektrycznego z ciepła promieniowania słonecznego i z ciepła odpadowego instalacji grzewczych. Bateria termowoltaiczna (1) składa się z zestawu wzajemnie równoległych płytek (1.3) obustronnie drukowanych, których wierzchołkowe końce są osadzone w warstwie izolacji termicznej (1.4) i połączone z termoparami ciepłych elektrod (1.1) znajdującymi się na powierzchni warstwy izolacji termicznej (14), natomiast przeciwległe końce płytek (13) są połączone z termoparami zimnych elektrod (1.2). Każda termopara elektrod (1.1), (1.2) składa się z dwóch zwartych ze sobą, różnych materiałowo segmentów (1.6), (1.7). Jeden segment (1.6) termopar ciepłych elektrod (1.1) jest połączony z identycznym segmentem (1.6) termopar zimnych elektrod (1.2). za pomocą ścieżek drukowanych (1.32) z jednej strony każdej płytki (1.3), natomiast drugi segment (1.7) termopar ciepłych elektrod (1.1) jest połączony z drugim segmentem (1.7) termopar zimnych elektrod (1.2), za pomocą ścieżek drukowanych (1.33) na drugiej stronie tych płytek (1.3).The hybrid solar thermal battery is designed to generate electricity from the heat of solar radiation and from waste heat of heating installations. The solar battery (1) consists of a set of mutually parallel plates (1.3) printed on both sides, whose tip ends are embedded in the thermal insulation layer (1.4) and connected with thermocouples of warm electrodes (1.1) located on the surface of the thermal insulation layer (14), while the opposite ends of the plates (13) are connected to thermocouples of cold electrodes (1.2). Each thermocouple of the electrodes (1.1), (1.2) consists of two shorted together different material segments (1.6), (1.7). One segment (1.6) of thermocouples of warm electrodes (1.1) is connected to the same segment (1.6) of thermocouples of cold electrodes (1.2). by means of printed paths (1.32) on one side of each plate (1.3), while the second segment (1.7) of thermocouples of warm electrodes (1.1) is connected to the second segment (1.7) of thermocouples of cold electrodes (1.2), by means of printed paths (1.33) on the other side of these tiles (1.3).
