Wielowarstwowa szyba ognioodporna zawierająca dwie tafle szklane ze szkła hartowanego, pomiędzy którymi znajduje się element dystansowy charakteryzuje się tym, że: element dystansowy zawiera co najmniej trzy warstwy (12a, 12b, 12c) taśmy akrylowej, z których warstwy zewnętrzne (12a, 12b) są nałożone w sposób ciągły obwodowo na tafle szklane (11a, 11 b) a co najmniej jedna warstwa wewnętrzna (12c) jest nieciągła i zawiera otwór wlewowy uszczelniony masą butylową, przy czym warstwy zewnętrzne (12a, 12b) mają większą szerokość (Sab) od szerokości (Sc) warstwy wewnętrznej (12c), a krawędzie boczne warstw (12a, 12b, 12c) pokrywają się ze sobą wokół zewnętrznego obwodu elementu dystansowego, przy czym warstwy zewnętrzne (12a, 12b) są wykonane z materiału o temperaturze topnienia co najmniej 50°C wyższej od materiału warstwy wewnętrznej (12c); a przestrzeń międzyszybowa wewnątrz elementu dystansowego wypełniona jest odgazowanym, utwardzonym, transparentnym żelem krzemionkowym wykonanym z mieszaniny wodnej dyspersji krzemionki zawierającej od 30 do 60% wag. krzemionki i roztworu wodorotlenku potasu o stężeniu od 45 do 55%, w proporcji: od 76 do 80% wodnej dyspersji krzemionki i od 20 do 24% wodorotlenku potasu.Multilayer fireproof glass pane containing two toughened glass panes with a spacer between them is characterized in that: the spacer contains at least three layers (12a, 12b, 12c) of acrylic tape, of which the outer layers (12a, 12b) are continuously applied circumferentially to glass panes (11a, 11b) and at least one inner layer (12c) is discontinuous and has a filler opening sealed with butyl mass, with the outer layers (12a, 12b) having a greater width (Sab) than the width (Sc) of the inner layer (12c) and the side edges of the layers (12a, 12b, 12c) coincide with each other around the outer circumference of the spacer, the outer layers (12a, 12b) being made of a material with a melting point of at least 50 ° C higher than the material of the inner layer (12c); and the space between the panes inside the spacer is filled with degassed, hardened, transparent silica gel made of a mixture of aqueous silica dispersion containing from 30 to 60 wt. silica and potassium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 45 to 55%, in a proportion: 76 to 80% aqueous dispersion of silica and 20 to 24% potassium hydroxide.
