Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest fluorescencyjna nawierzchnia betonowa drogi, wykonana z mieszaniny, której skład ustalono w zależności od właściwości określonych dla danego typu drogi za pomocą doświadczalnego projektowania składu mieszanki, w skład której wchodzą beton, kruszywo drogowe jak np. piasek, i/lub bazalt, i/lub żwir, woda, superplastyfikator, domieszka upłynniająca, mikrokszemionka, domieszka napowietrzająca, oraz ewentualne inne dodatki zwiększające wytrzymałość, elastyczność itp. Masa po dokładnym wymieszaniu nakładana jest na przygotowany wcześniej podkład składający się co do zasady z dolnej warstwy - piasek-żwir, umieszczonej na niej podbudowy i warstwy wiążącej betonu, gdzie mieszanina nawierzchni ścieralnej oparta na bazie kruszywa w którego skład wchodzą znane i wykorzystywane kruszywa drogowe, jak np. piasek, i/lub żwir, i/lub bazalt, oraz kruszywo fluorescencyjne.
