Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest masa siarkobetonowa, zawierająca lepiszcze w postaci siarki zanieczyszczonej bitumami lub czystej technicznie siarki, które stosowane są łącznie, względnie tylko jedna z nich, ale zawsze stanowią co najmniej 70% końcowej masy wagowej mieszaniny lepiszcza, a korzystnie jej 90% do 94% oraz uzupełnione są one składnikami w ilości łącznie nie przekraczającej 30% końcowej masy wagowej mieszaniny w postaci: dicyklopentadienu lub terpentyny lub furfuralu lub styrenu. Przy czym opisane lepiszcze stanowi od 15% do 26% wagowo masy siarkobetonu. Natomiast ponadto masa ta zawiera kruszywa mineralne w ilości 74% do 85% wagowo masy siarkobetonu lub zamiennie produkty odpadowe, korzystnie produkty odpadowe z energetyki, które stanowią łącznie lub oddzielnie: - popioły w ilości do 10% wagowo masy siarkobetonu, pyły w ilości do 10% wagowo masy siarkobetonu, które uzyskiwane są w wyniku oczyszczania spalin. Oprócz wymienionych wypełniaczy - względnie zamiennie - mogą zostać zastosowane inne produkty odpadowe łącznie lub oddzielnie: - żużle w ilości do 60% wagowo masy siarkobetonu, fosfogips w ilości do 20% wagowo masy siarkobetonu. Korzystnie, kruszywa mineralne zawarte w opracowanej masie siarkobetonowej stanowią piasek lub żwir zanieczyszczone solą.The subject of the application is sulfur concrete, containing binder in the form of sulfur contaminated with bitumen or technically pure sulfur, which are used together, or only one of them, but always constitute at least 70% of the final weight of the binder mixture, preferably 90% to 94% and they are supplemented with ingredients in a total amount not exceeding 30% of the final weight of the mixture in the form of: dicyclopentadiene or turpentine or furfural or styrene. The described binder constitutes from 15% to 26% by weight of sulfur concrete. However, in addition, this mass contains mineral aggregates in an amount of 74% to 85% by weight of sulfur concrete or, alternatively, waste products, preferably waste products from the energy sector, which constitute jointly or separately: - ashes in an amount of up to 10% by weight of sulfur concrete, dust in an amount of up to 10 The mass% of sulfur concrete that is obtained as a result of exhaust gas treatment. In addition to the fillers mentioned - or alternatively - other waste products may be used in combination or separately: - slag in an amount of up to 60% by weight of sulfur concrete, phosphogypsum in an amount of up to 20% by weight of sulfur concrete. Preferably, the mineral aggregates contained in the developed sulfur concrete mix are sand or gravel contaminated with salt.
