Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest torebka z herbatą lub z innym wsadem do zaparzania, tzw. herbata ekspresowa, czyli wsad w małych woreczkach, które umieszcza się we wrzątku dla zaparzenia. W woreczku (1) znajduje się przeznaczony do zaparzania we wrzątku wsad (2) w postaci herbaty, kawy, ziół. Do dna (10) woreczka (1) przymocowany jest dolny koniec sznurka (3), jest on zamocowany do poprzeczki (7) znajdującej się pod dnem woreczka (1). Górny koniec sznurka (3) jest zamocowany do uchwytu (4). Od dna (10) woreczka (2) sznurek (3) jest poprowadzony przez wnętrze woreczka (1) i u góry, poprzez przelotkę (8) umieszczoną w górnej krawędzi (11) woreczka (1) jest wyprowadzony do góry, gdzie poprzez wnętrze daszkami znajdujący się w górnej części daszka (5) otwór jest doprowadzony do uchwytu (4). W stanie pierwotnym, zatem przed przystąpieniem do zaparzania, uchwyt (4) jest połączony łącznikami (6) z daszkiem (5). Łączniki (6) zrywa się, gdy przystępuje się do wyciskania woreczka (1) z nadmiaru wody, w której był umieszczony. Zaparzanie polega na umieszczeniu woreczka (1) z wsadem (2) w naczyniu z wrzątkiem trzymając za uchwyt (4) - wtedy uchwyt (4) jest połączony łącznikami (6) z daszkiem (5). Po zaparzeniu wyciąga się woreczek (1) chwytając palcami jednej ręki za uchwyt (4) jednocześnie chwytając palcami drugiej ręki za daszek (5) - wtedy po podciągnięciu do góry uchwytu (4) zrywają się łączniki (6), a daszek (5) samoczynnie się rozchyla. The pouch (1) is pulled towards the visor you hold (5), the string (1) moves through the grommet (8) in the upper edge (11) of the pouch (1) and through the opening in the roof (5) - the pouch comes in contact (1) with a roof (5) and by pulling the handle (4) squeezing excess water from the inside of the bag (1).
