Abstract

Otrzymany po odparowaniu roztwór schładza się do temperatury 30°C - 50°C a następnie oddziela wytrącone kryształy kwaśnej soli siarczanu potasu, a ługi macierzyste w całości zawraca się do kolejnego cyklu produkcyjnego w celu ponownego sporządzenia mieszaniny reakcyjnej, a otrzymane kryształy zawierające głównie kwaśne sole siarczanu potasu i pozostałe w nich kwaśne ługi macierzyste, stanowią produkt końcowy przeznaczony głównie do komponowania nawozów wieloskładnikowych. The subject of this application is a method for obtaining the acid potassium sulfate and hydrochloric acid from potassium chloride and sulfuric acid, consisting in the first production cycle for a solution or aqueous suspension of potassium chloride, and in subsequent cycles for a mixture of potassium chloride prepared on the basis of separation liquors acid potassium sulfate salt is dosed by mixing sulfuric acid containing 60 to 98% by mass H2SO4 maintaining the molar ratio H2SO4 to KCl from 1: 1 to 1: 2, with respect to the reaction describing the formation of KHSO4, and the reaction mixture thus obtained is to contain 45 to 65% mass water. The mixture is heated in the next stage to a temperature of 70 to 90 ° C and the obtained clear solution is concentrated to evaporate the water introduced with the raw materials, and the resulting hydrogen chloride and steam vapors are directed to the absorption system and receives hydrochloric acid, whereby introduced into the absorption node additionally water in an amount that allows obtaining hydrochloric acid food containing at least 28% by mass HCl. The solution obtained after evaporation is cooled to a temperature of 30 ° C - 50 ° C and then the precipitated crystals of the acid potassium sulfate salt are separated, and the mother liquors are completely recycled to the next production cycle to re-prepare the reaction mixture, and the obtained crystals containing mainly acid salts potassium sulphate and the remaining acid mother liquors are the final product intended mainly for composing compound fertilizers.
