Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania folii spożywczej, który charakteryzuje się tym, że folia jest współwytłaczana z rozdmuchem rękawa i składa się z nie mniej niż pięciu warstw wytłaczanych metodą rozdmuchu. W sposobie tym każda z warstw folii zasilana jest osobną wytłaczarką, które zasilają głowicę krzyżową, w której są łączone i wytłaczane jako jedna folia w postaci rękawa chłodzonego powietrzem, gdzie pierwsza warstwa to polietylen niskiej gęstości (LDPE)z udziałem surowca w warstwie 100% wagowych, druga warstwa składa się z polietylenu niskiej gęstości (LDPE) w ilości 50% wagowych, kopolimeru etylenu i octanu winylu (EVA)w ilości 10 - 40% wagowych i kopolimeru etylenu i alkohol winylowy (EVOH) w ilości 10 - 40% wagowych, trzecia warstwa z udziałem surowca w warstwie poliamidu 6 (PA6) w ilości 93 - 98% wagowych oraz octan celulozy (CA) w ilości 2 - 7% wagowych. Warstwa czwarta składa się z polietylenu niskiej gęstości (LDPE) w ilości 50% wagowych , kopolimeru etylenu i octanu winylu (EVA) w ilości 10 - 40% wagowych oraz kopolimeru etylenu i alkoholu winylowego (EVOH) w ilości 10 - 40% wagowych. Warstwa piąta składa się z polietylenu niskiej gęstości (LDPE) w ilości 100% wagowych. The fourth layer consists of low density polyethylene (LDPE) in the amount of 50% by weight, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) in the amount of 10 - 40% by weight and ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) in the amount of 10 - 40% by weight. The fifth layer consists of low density polyethylene (LDPE) in an amount of 100% by weight. The processing temperature of the cross head is 250 ° C.
