Ponadto, przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania nowego związku oraz zestaw do wykrywania nowotworów nabłonkowych, korzystnie nowotworu nabłonkowego układu moczowego, który zawiera nowy związek. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też zastosowanie hydrolizy in vitro nowego związku w pozycji 5 poprzez enzymy proteolityczne do wykrywania nowotworów nabłonkowych, korzystnie nowotworu nabłonkowego układu moczowego.The subject of the application is a new compound with the general formula: ABZ1-Met2-Lys3-Val4-Trp5-ANB-NH26, where: ABZ is 2-amino benzoic acid and ANB is 5-amino-2-benzoic acid. In addition, the subject of the application is a method for preparing a new compound and a kit for detecting epithelial cancers, preferably an epithelial carcinoma of the urinary tract, which contains the new compound. The application also includes the use of in vitro hydrolysis of a new compound at position 5 by proteolytic enzymes for the detection of epithelial cancers, preferably urinary epithelial neoplasms.
