Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania zmodyfikowanego plastyfikatora naftowego TDAE przeznaczonego do kauczuku i gumy, szczególnie do opon samochodowych i zmodyfikowany plastyfikator naftowy TDAE przeznaczony do kauczuku i gumy, szczególnie do opon samochodowych. Przedmiotowy sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że surowiec, którym jest plastyfikator TDAE o dodatniej temperaturze płynięcia, poddaje się procesowi odparafinowania rozpuszczalnikowego obejmującego etap krystalizacji i etap filtracji, przy czym w etapie krystalizacji surowiec poddaje się pierwszemu rozcieńczeniu rozpuszczalnikiem zawierającym 40% - 60% (m/m) dichloroetanu i odpowiednio 60% - 40% (m/m) chlorku metylenu, uzyskując mieszaninę surowca i rozpuszczalnika, którą następnie oziębia się z kontrolowaną prędkością, z równoczesnym doprowadzeniem oziębionego rozpuszczalnika w 1-4 porcjach, przy szybkości schładzania w zakresie 0,15 - 9,0°C/min., aż do osiągnięcia temperatury od -16 do -28°C, przy czym stosunek sumarycznej ilości rozpuszczalnika do surowca zawiera się w przedziale od 2:1 do 11,7:1 (m/m), a wielkość rozcieńczeń wyrażona stosunkiem masowym rozpuszczalnika do surowca wynosi od 0,8:1 do 4,8:1 (m/m), po czym w zakresie temperatur od -15 do -28°C, odfiltrowuje się wydzielone węglowodory, które przemywa się zimnym rozpuszczalnikiem o takim samym składzie jak rozpuszczalnik używany w etapie krystalizacji, stosowanym w ilości od 0,8:1 do 6:1 (m/m), a następnie z filtratu oddestylowuje się rozpuszczalnik uzyskując produkt końcowy o ujemnej temperaturze płynięcia. The subject method is characterized in that the raw material, which is a TDAE plasticizer with a positive pour point, is subjected to a solvent dewaxing process including a crystallization step and a filtration step, while in the crystallization step the raw material is first diluted with a solvent containing 40% - 60% (m / m) dichloroethane and respectively 60% - 40% (m / m) of methylene chloride, obtaining a mixture of raw material and solvent, which is then cooled at a controlled speed, with the supply of a cooled solvent in 1-4 portions, with a cooling rate in the range of 0, 15 - 9.0 ° C / min, until a temperature of -16 to -28 ° C is reached, with the ratio of total solvent to raw material in the range from 2: 1 to 11.7: 1 (m / m ), and the amount of dilution expressed as the mass ratio of solvent to raw material is from 0.8: 1 to 4.8: 1 (m / m), then in the temperature range from -15 to -28 ° C, the separated hydrocarbons are filtered off, which is washed with a cold solvent of the same composition as the solvent used in the crystallization step, used in an amount of 0.8: 1 to 6: 1 (m / m), and then from the filtrate the solvent is distilled off to give a final product with a negative pour point. The modified TDAE petroleum plasticizer, prepared by the above method, is characterized in that it has a negative pour point, preferably in the range from -13 to -16 ° C.
