Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest asfalt modyfikowany, który charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera od 75% mas. do 97% mas. asfaltu oraz od 3% mas. do 25% mas. modyfikatora asfaltu w postaci przetworzonej metodą wytłaczania kompozycji poliuretanowo-gumowej zawierającej piankę poliuretanową i rozdrobnione odpady gumowe w postaci granulatu gumowego. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób otrzymywania modyfikowanego asfaltu, który przeprowadza się w trzech etapach. W pierwszym etapie piankę poliuretanową mieli się na granulat, a następnie otrzymany granulat miesza się z rozdrobnionymi odpadami gumowymi do postaci granulatu, przy czym ilość granulatu pianki poliuretanowej w mieszaninie wynosi od 25% mas. do 50% mas., natomiast rozdrobnionych odpadów gumowych w mieszaninie od 50% mas. do 75% mas. W drugim etapie otrzymaną kompozycję poliuretanowo-gumową zawierającą granulat pianki poliuretanowej i granulat gumowy poddaje się przetworzeniu w procesie wytłaczania znanym sposobem przy użyciu wytłaczarki, przy czym wytłaczanie prowadzi się w temperaturze w zakresie od 140°C do 250°C, a otrzymaną w tym procesie wytłoczynę przetworzonej kompozycji poliuretanowo-gumowej, w postaci drobnego proszku, chłodzi się uzyskując gotowy modyfikator asfaltu. In the third stage, the obtained asphalt modifier is mixed with petroleum asphalt at a temperature in the range from 160 ° C to 250 ° C.
